Staying at banyantree for a few nights … stunning hotel very beautiful grounds All the staff are friendly and try to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Gym is good, spa is great … having a great time. I recommend to anyone in Morocco even if it’s for a weekend to come to this tranquil hotel

The rooms were clean. Service was prompt. Food at the three restaurants (Thai, Moroccan, and international) was phenomenal, including breakfast. The private pool and outside area were gorgeous. I’ve been to several 5-star hotels and this is by far the best I’ve been to. From the moment that I walked in, I received excellent service. I wish I could remember everyone’s name to acknowledge everyone’s efforts, but I’ve forgotten a few of them. I had many concerns as a solo female traveler. During my first few days in MoroccoI, I had several issues with people trying to scam me and deal dishonestly with me. When Hassan from the front desk learned about this, he went above and beyond to ensure my safety with my drivers, guides, and anyone else. Any problem I had, Hassan assisted me without hesitation. I really felt lke staff at the hotel cared about me enjoying my stay as well as my well-being. The other staff in reception were also helpful when I had problems, including Rahima, who immediately assisted me in the middle of the night when I had an issue in my room. Tarik from housekeeping also offered me advice on staying safe in Fes as well. I was able to communicate with a few of the staff as well as their hotel’s driver in Spanish which made the experience more enjoyable. My stay at Banyan has certainly raised my standards for every other 5-star hotel I stay at. I recommend Banyan Tree to anyone coming to Morocco. It is worth every penny.

Had an amazing Stay in this hotel , very friendly & professional staff , private beach access , spacious & clean villa …. Everything was on point . Especial thanks to Mrs Rachida & Tarik HK . It’s so far , the best place to be in north of Morocco . Highly recommend it whether with family or friends .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Light, airy and very spacious...very refined and sophisticated atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpfull The room was very comfortable in every way we enjoyed our time thanks to all of you for making my holidays special

I stayed just two days, but it was just amazing, wondeful staff, it is not my first time , and won't be the last, thanks Banyan tree . Your service with the clients is excellent, every time I come, I feel impressed with many new things, keep working in that way.
